Sypnosis

Life on the streets has given him a tough exterior, but it is his kind heart and his dislike for what he has become that wins over a local beauty and helps him take his first steps towards a better life. When an overzealous and less than ethical police inspector fingers Ryuu for a crime he didn't commit, he is resigned to accept his fate. Somehow, I got the feeling that you're going to make this drama your future project and actually surprised to see that I'm right.
I love this drama... Tsuyo is at his best when acting in this drama. I watched it like 10 years ago and have become one of the most memorable Jdramas on my list. And I have been searching for years to watch it again. I just can't say no to the angst Tsuyoshi. XD I have the raws but to get the subbed version seemed to be an impossible thing to do. This site do sell Ao no Jidai with English subtitle: http://www.japanesedoramadvd.com/. But despite claim to sell internationally, they only entertain those who come from the US. :(
KinKi's Ao no Jidai is the first Japanese song that I fell in love with. ♥♥ I remember watching the ending credit countless of times just to hear the song. XD XD~

Ao No Jidai is one of my best Japanese drama series back in the 90s, it's very very difficult to download elsewhere and I believe this most japanese drama series are not sold in my country. This is one of the first dramas I ever saw when I first started watching Japanese dramas about 10 years ago. Cleaning out some old tapes, I discovered I still have the whole series on VHS with good quality English subs, so I am rewatching. The video is actually pretty good - maybe copied from TV recording. Wish I could figure out how to convert from VHS to computer files - might help in getting your subbing done.

thanks for subbing ao no jidai,i enjoy watching it..sorry to ask but could you encode this using h264-aac in mkv/mp4 container so the size can be reduced to ~350mb. despite its smaller size but the quality is the same with avi 700mb in my opinion. so this way i can save my harddisk space and time to download, cause my net bills based on time usage..well, this is only a suggestion, if you think this is just a selfish request, please ignore it.
